“It is a progressive thing because of technology,” Rhoades said. “Years ago when you didn't have the Internet, when you didn't have Facebook and you didn't have Twitter, people were less offendable. People had to go through a lot of trouble to get into your life. Technology moved way faster than people's behavior did to be able to socially deal with it.”
